The Director of Professional Services Operations will be responsible for working with the regional professional service practices to help develop, deploy and enforce the processes, procedures, tools and other items necessary to ensure consistency and maximum efficiency of the serviceâs team.Â This person would represent the regional groups and work with other Workday organizations (e.g., Finance, Legal, HR, Deployment Solutions, etc.) to accomplish these goals.
Candidates should have experience in at least two of the following areas: Â IT or software operations, professional services delivery management, or project management. The Director of Professional Services Operations must have strong verbal and written communication skills, be very detail-oriented and well organized and have the management skills necessary to help drive change and compliance across the service practices.
Candidate must possess an indepth knowledge of the consulting services business and have experience implementing best practices, helping drive consistency, and effectively leading or facilitating meetings with executives.Â Experience in project management is required.
Regular trips to Pleasanton, CA are required if the candidate is not located locally.
