Overview:
Giftango, a fast growing worldwide leader in developing and delivering digital prepaid sales and promotions technology via web, mobile, and social media technologies, is in search of a Director, Program Management to help us grow our Digital and eServices business. We are expanding our team and this new role will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and growing existing client business through the development and execution of promotional, marketing and merchandising programs with our retail, dining, entertainment, and travel/hospitality clients.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring success of new client and product launches by coordinating with the implementation project manager and escalating issues as necessary.
Consulting with clients to understand their goals and requirements related to the sales, promotion, use, and delivery of digital prepaid services.
Collaborating with clients to develop and execute on multi-channel product and service launch and ongoing marketing programs.
Owning the client relationship, identifying, and recommending additional products and services to client portfolio based on client needs.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by serving as the day to day contact for issue escalation and resolution.
Qualifications:
Candidates should have a minimum of 10+ years of relevant account management or multi-channel (online and offline) marketing and merchandising of B2C technology related products and services.
Experience working with salesforce automation and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.).
Proven and quantifiable track record of success.
Bachelor?s degree and 20-25% travel required.

Preferred Qualifications:
An MBA or equivalent experience in b2c retail, payment, gift card, or mobile advertising and marketing.
The ideal candidate will be consultative, creative, and a strong communicator with the ability to build exceptional relationships and grow business. Our environment is fast-paced, and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team environment.
A successful track record of developing, managing, and growing revenue; a strong business acumen; and excellent analytical skills.
