Director, Provider Relations Program Lead HealthHelp, Inc.
HealthHelp is seeking an exceptional person to join the team and help lead provider relations efforts to build the next generation of utilization management services. As HealthHelp moves forward, the mission continues to focus on transforming healthcare utilization across the entire industry. To do that, we are seeking the best talent to develop innovative products and get providers actively involved and utilizing our solution that will solve real problems. These challenges will require groundbreaking solutions, and the Director, Provider Relations (?Director?) and Program Leader will play a key role in accelerating our provider outreach efforts, along with strategy and conception of unique provider solutions and technologies.
As part of the core of product innovation at HealthHelp, the Director will be a key role within HealthHelp?s Product Innovation group. Director will be a visible and energetic strategist, marketer, and creator. The Director will be a well-versed relationship management and outreach person, able to listen to the provider community and engage them actively in using our solutions and providing feedback into our product development efforts.
The Director will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the development of high quality, cost-effective and integrated provider facing solutions across the portfolio of products, and must ensure that each HealthHelp offering is grounded in evidence?based medicine and widely?accepted clinical best practices.
Usability and efficacy are key goals, and all programs must improve the quality and safety of healthcare delivery, and the solutions developed must encourage physician use and adoption of evidence?based medicine and treatment protocols.
The Director and Program Leader will be expected to:
As a Program Leader: Help grow the Company?s Provider-facing products, programs, and services through innovative product development, leading the team to define, develop and roll out market?focused products.
Provide Visionary Energy: Display passion, provide inspiration across the enterprise.
Business Development: Identify opportunities for new business development with Provider community, or with Payor clients, having to do with Provider side products & solutions
Forecast Needs: Forecast, assess and analyze internal and external provider requirements and needs.
Analyze Data: Develop the Company?s ability to synthesize complex market data into actionable product development plans.
Manage People: Recruit, motivate, mentor, guide and oversee a stellar team that will help accomplish provider outreach efforts.
Plan and Prioritize: Organize team members; set realistic timelines; oversee all phases of design and development related to our provider products, programs and solutions
Exhibit Sound Judgment: Exhibit sound and accurate judgment; make timely decisions
Manage Change: Manage change through transparency, strategic focus and effective communication
Own all provider relationship initiatives across the company, including but not limited to, active outreach of provider community to discuss our programs, best practices and guidelines, promote the use of technology interfaces to streamline utilization management processes, and meet with providers for education and training purposes.
Be a technology evangelist, with ownership and accountability for new product innovation in the provider market.
Provider vision and strategy for improving provider adoption of existing and new programs.
Become a leader of programs in Emergency Medicine, Musculoskeletal, Pain and Sleep management.
Provide leadership and direction to the team to drive innovation and deliver first rate products and programs
Leads the development of multi?year provider product roadmaps, developing the necessary research to identify long?term market needs and challenges.
Support marketing and sales efforts through participation in proposals, presentations, meetings, and conferences.
Effectively manage resources and budgets to maximize performance and efficiency.
Drive a high level of employee engagement by effectively communicating company strategy, product vision and organizational scorecards.
Create and nourish an environment that drives continuous improvement and optimizes best practices, and foster a culture of excellence based on creativity, merit and productivity.
10 to 15+ years of healthcare experience, with 5+ in a product/marketing leadership role within a similarly sized or larger organization.
Bachelor?s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Experience in the healthcare services industry, particularly within HIPAA compliant environments focused on outsourced business processes, utilization management, cost solutions, provider solutions, and claims management.
Experience leading, growing and motivating high performing teams and sustaining strong organizational cultures in a fast paced environment.
