Director, Publisher Development, Mobile & CTV Tremor Video is looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter to lead our mobile and connected TV publisher development initiatives. This position will be responsible for key publisher acquisitions, as well as growing and managing the overall mobile and connected TV network.
Responsibilities:
Acquire new mobile and connected TV publishers to join the Tremor Video network, with a focus on premium content.
Aggressively develop and manage a pipeline of prospects.
Manage the mobile and connected TV publisher development team.
Oversee the publisher onboarding and integration process.
Have a detailed understanding of the network and identify issues and needs.
Work closely with sales to identify and acquire specific inventory needs.
Evangelize Tremor Video in the mobile and connected TV ecosystem.
Maintain insight into current publisher and app trends.
Guage and react to publisher feedback regarding Tremor Video products. Articulate feedback through product feature requests.
Leverage strong relationships with senior level decision makers and influencers to open new doors and drive new business.
Qualifications:
BA/BS required.
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a publisher or network development setting.
Proven leadership ability and previous publisher relationship experience required.
Proven ability to manage and drive complex acquisition cycles to a successful close.
Deep understanding of mobile and connected TV landscape.
Experience with iOS and Android platforms.
Experience with SDK based product and understanding of impact on publisher integrations.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
High level knowledge of video market is preferred.
Must be a team player with the personal drive, passion and enthusiasm to excel in a fast-paced, fast-growing company in a rapidly changing market.
