DescriptionPosition Summary:
The Vice President/Director, Publisher Relations and Business Development will be responsible for delivering online media buys to support brand, direct-response, customer acquisition and transaction online advertising at allowable acquisition costs. The Vice President/Director will continuously identify and evaluate new opportunities for distribution growth and interface with internal sales, marketing, product and technical groups to develop, implement and support corporate strategies and programs. He/she will manage the negotiation of the media buy, contract review and approval.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
?Sourcing, evaluating and establishing new media opportunities and partnerships.
?Maintaining relationships with online media publishers and partners.
?Negotiating and reviewing advertising agreements (rates, placements, parameters, etc).
?Monitoring tracking, delivery and campaign performance on an ongoing basis.
?Providing performance analysis and executing on that analysis to ensure positive ROI.
?Optimizing buys, renegotiating rates, canceling or renewing as necessary.
?Qualify opportunities
?Assess needs and requirements
?Develop and communicate financial models and forecasts
?Manage buying cycles

Education and/or Experience:
?Bachelor's Degree.
?3+ years working in an interactive marketing environment.
?Video Ad Network, Web Site Publisher or relevant industry experience.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of :
?MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
?Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
