Director, Publisher Relations (East) Flurry
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We are looking for the person who will launch, lead and grow our Publisher Business on the East Coast. They will be responsible for driving broad adoption of AppSpot, Flurry?s mobile ad serving and audience targeting platform, among major mobile properties. They will build a team of Publisher Relations managers and account managers. The candidate will report to the Vice President of the Flurry Network.
The ideal candidate should have strong publisher business development experience, management skills, drive for results and passion building mutually-valuable partnerships. Experience driving adoption of advertising networks, ad exchanges or supply side platforms is a big plus. The candidate should also have strong interpersonal, communication and strategic skills and work well with cross-functional teams.
Drive AppSpot adoption among mobile-first players in the media & entertainment, games and social
Launch and build the team of outbound sales and account managers on the East Coast
Evangelize AppSpot to the developer and publisher community
Ensure high partner satisfaction and prompt resolution of publisher issues.
Collect, synthesize and report partner feedback; inform and influence product development
Work closely with Flurry?s development and marketing teams
Extensive experience in business development or publisher development experience
Proven ability to independently develop and close a strong publisher pipeline

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
