Overview
Cardlytics' rewards solution allows retailers to target customers based on what they actually purchase. For the first time, retailers can target individual customers based on where and how they spend money. Targeted offers are placed directly on customers? online banking pages; one of the most trusted and widely used, yet least penetrated, consumer channels. As part of the Retailer Analytics team, the Director, Quantitative Solutions will work closely with the SVP and Director of Retailer Analytics, Ad Operations, and Channel Performance and Analytics.
Responsibilities
Drive quantitative methodology for Retailer Analytics
With company growth, build and manage internal and external statistical teams
Design and deliver test versus control analytics for promotional programs
Create models and analyses optimizing offer placement, customer response, retention and revenue maximization
Develop targeting algorithms using the latest predictive modeling methodologies
Perform cluster analyses used in the creation of behavioral segments
Interact with and communicate with retailer analytics, retailer account management, and IT/BI
Produce analytical models with the goal of developing products for both internal and external audiences

Work Experience
8+ years in one or more of following areas: Financial Services Analysis, Marketing Analysis, Data Mining
Experience with multivariate testing
Segmentation analysis and customer profiling
Building predictive statistical models
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex results in a simple and concise manner
Proven ability to support strategic and tactical business decisions based on statistical and quantitative analysis
People and project management experience
Technical Skills
Proficient in the use of SAS, SPSS or other leading statistical software
Skilled in the use of T-SQL or other related software
Comprehensive knowledge of advanced statistical modeling techniques (regression, decision trees, neural networks, etc.)
Skilled in statistical testing techniques (ANOVA, ANCOVA, T-Test, etc)
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Education
Bachelors in Statistics or relevant quantitative field (i.e. Mathematics, Economics), Masters or higher preferred.
