THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Identify and improve operational efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of enrollment services team. Provide direction and specific feedback to individuals and the team to achieve departmental goals. Ensure integrity of application and transcript review process in accordance with that of the partner university, specifically in regard to meeting admission requirements and procedures. Ensure that enrollment services team meets expectations in regard to quality, consistency and state/federal compliance. Some Saturday and evening work required.
What We?re Looking For:
Work with VP, Enrollment Services to define operating objectives, strategies and key success metrics for the enrollment services team
Strategize and establish best practices for the enrollment services department
Lead day-to-day operations in enrollment services including managing scheduling, attendance and workflow requirements
Operate as communication liaison between the Admissions floors and the enrollment services department
Evaluate workflow, processes and policies to identify areas for potential improvement and risk mitigation
Establish best practices amongst and across all programs for Salesforce CRM data and metrics
Support quality assurance process across all programs at each stage of admission process
Work with central analytics team to ensure timely development and enhancement of reports and ad-hoc analyses to drivers of admissions processing metrics
Develop and periodically review documentation and training to ensure adherence to University policies for all programs
Work with Admissions Operations Managers for each program to update and maintain documentation and training materials
Review files and trouble shoot applicant issues as needed
Things That Should Be in Your Background:
Bachelor?s degree required
5-7 years management experience
Detail-oriented with demonstrated experience in staff management
Strong interpersonal communications, organizational skills and ?get-it-done? attitude with demonstrated ability to overcome internal obstacles
Highly proactive, self starter with ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Familiarity with US and international higher education systems a plus
Superior written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience with Salesforce preferred
