Description:Passport Health Communications, Inc., a nationally recognized pioneer developing innovative solutions for the healthcare industry and one of Healthcare Informatics Top 100 Healthcare Companies, is seeking a Director, Revenue Cycle Consulting to service West Coast territories.
The Director, Revenue Cycle Consulting is responsible for conducting review of operational review of Patient Access Areas to determine process improvement, gap analyst and utilization of technology.
The Director, Revenue Cycle Consulting will provide to client best practice and provide direction for successful implementation working with client project team and vendor project teams.
The Director Revenue Cycle Consulting assists with developing measurements, goals and metrics to measure rate of success and ensure client is meeting organizational goals.
Duties:?Conduct workflow review of all aspects of the revenue cycle, with a focus on Patient Access.
?Develop a written documentation of gap analysis, recommendation and plan to reduce gap in workflow.
?Assist with implementation teams with Best Practice to implement technology with in Revenue Cycle Area.
?Assist and/or Develop workflow process and documentation
?Function as a technical business process consultant and provide on-site and remote assistance in implementation, training and support
?Assisting with revenue cycle turn around/redesign projects
?Provide input to Passport developers to enhance/develop products to gain efficiency within the Revenue Cycle workflow.
?Ability to travel up to 75%

Qualifications:?Experience with implementing technology in Patient Access Area
?Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Process
?Proficient knowledge of PC environment, including Microsoft applications such as Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
?Strong analytical skills.
?Strong communication skills. (Written and Verbal)
?Ability to travel up to 75%
?Bachelor?s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration or relevant course of study
?7-10 years Revenue Cycle experience within a Clinical Healthcare environment
?7-10 years Experience with implementing technology in Patient Access software
?Proven Project Management / Leadership experience
?Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Process
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
