Title: Director, Revenue Operations
Viggle is seeking a smart, self-motivated and resourceful individual to join our Revenue Operations team. This person will manage an AdOps team and work closely with Account Services to lead ad campaign execution from start to finish, ensuring that sold ad campaigns are processed, trafficked and reconciled in a timely and accurate manner. Additionally, this role will collaborate with product and engineering teams to generate and implement concepts and strategies to provide creative user experiences while delivering on client expectations. Manage the Ad Operations team that is specifically responsible for mobile app trafficking including: building & testing all ad creative assets, executing & managing campaigns and implementing & verifying 3rd party tracking elements.
Take ownership of all active campaigns and assist with overflow work as necessary.
Create, develop and maintain Viggle Ad Ops processes, best practices, and training documentation.
Collaborate with Account Services, Design and Engineering on the production of custom campaign elements to ensure timely deliverables, accurate ad execution and correctly defined reporting metrics.
Oversee the review of daily and weekly advertiser campaign reports to track performance against guarantee, address campaign delivery issues and make optimizations as needed.
Work closely with product and engineering groups to maintain up to date specs, test out new technologies and rollout new initiatives.
Partner with QA team to set up and perform end to end ad testing for any new iOS app store or Google Play release.
Manage & own all ad-related projects/issues reported by Sales, Customer Support, Product, or Engineering and provide ad-related technical support to the Viggle team.
Interface closely with Sales and Account Services to establish clear communication channels across departments and with clients.
Work with Head of Revenue Operations to improve departmental efficiency and develop best practices.
BA/BS with strong academic record.
At least 5 years of experience in a digital ad operations role for a media publisher or ad agency with proven leadership excellence.
Experience with digital ad servers (DFP, AdTech, FreeWheel, etc) and Operative (or another digital media contract system).
Self-motivated and proactive with superior organization skills and incredible attention to detail.
Ability to handle heavy workload, mediating many demands and requests with strong problem solving drive.
Exceptional trouble-shooting and creative problem solving to meet high performance demands.
Proven ability to meet or exceed aggressive deadlines and manage and prioritize a high volume of projects simultaneously.
Experience working & communicating effectively with cross-functional departments; sales, marketing, online and creative.
