How you?ll be successful at DLX
In the Director ROI Products role, you will manage a specific set of DLX CPG products that are sold through the various DLX sales channels. Your charter is to have end to end ownership of successful ideation, development, launch and refinement of CPG products that support the overall CPG Vertical product roadmap.
This position reports to Head of DLX CPG Products, and will be part of a small yet highly impactful team focused on bringing the DLX CPG vertical to its full potential.
On a day to day basis, you will:
Develop DLX ROI products to align with market conditions (industry trends, internal capabilities & competitive developments) and provide clear value propositions that address specific client needs.
Strategically manage (define and execute) rolling 18 month product development roadmaps for your products.
Manage interactions and relationships for key external strategic partnerships that support product portfolio. External partnerships include top media publishers and portals.
Partner with DLX marketing to define marketing strategy and develop and publish product marketing materials.
Collaborate with broader DLX ROI teams, strategic vertical teams and CPG data partnership leads to define product pricing and promotion and ensure product is well-positioned within broader DLX ROI product suite.
Create product revenue and financial forecasts in conjunction with solutions, sales and Finance teams.
Ensure product requirements and service level agreements are clearly defined and delivered through DLX shared services teams, including Audience, Platform Operations, Analytics and external partners that provide deliverables specific to your products (e.g. dunnhumby, Kantar, PointRoll, etc).
Manage and support rollout of new products to CPG Solutions & Sales teams.
Collaborate with client solutions to ensure appropriate sales training materials and resources are defined and implemented across respective DLX sales channels.
Establish product metrics and process to communicate results to support & measure the success of products. Tracking and reporting on these metrics regularly to ensure that the value of the broader product effort is maximized through timely implementation of any needed course corrections or product adjustments.
Actively participate in industry meetings and trade shows for the purpose of promoting our understanding of, and position within, the CPG industry and new business development
What you bring to the table:
5 ? 10 years experience in product management role in technology related industry
Experience in Consumer Products and/or Digital Advertising industry required
Demonstrated experience delivering results in roles with progressively increased responsibility
Bachelors Degree from accredited university. Graduate degree preferred.
