DescriptionThis position will be overseeing a team of Government Account Managers, focused on acquiring new clients within Integra?s Government and Education Services channel, while also expanding the telecommunications product mix within existing GES customers. This role is responsible for establishing sales goals and managing a budget, staffing and pricing of products/services for all GES sales. Responsible for providing leadership, experience and tactical/strategic support to the sales activities of the Company.
Monitors sales achievements.
Trains, coaches and mentors sales staff on effective sales and marketing techniques, processes and methods to increase skills and efficiency. Manages and directs sales staff.
Analyzes market trends and customer demands. Based on analysis, develops products and services, including product marketing and pricing strategies, to respond to market changes.
Maintains sales tracking and management systems to forecast required resources and to meet revenue goals.
Personally manages critical sales prospects and accounts.
Applies knowledge of interrelated procedures to effectively guide, lead and direct sales and marketing efforts. Applies principles to solve practical everyday problems and deal with a variety of specific variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interprets a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic or schedule form.
Requirements
?Bachelor?s Degree in business or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
?Minimum of 10 years? recent sales leadership experience and delivery of achievement against target within the Government or Education sector.
?Ability to understand and apply a variety of regulations and policies governing contract relationships with state and federal agencies, and the company?s policies on pricing, rebates, promotions and contract management.
?Demonstrated understanding of high bandwidth and Ethernet solutions, as well as current VOIP/SIP technology.
?Demonstrated ability to produce results through the actions of others.
?Timely and accurate sales forecasting skills.
