The ideal candidate will have Telco/IT conceptual knowledge, be able to sell offshore services, and generate a new client base within named accounts. Key responsibilities will include account penetration, development, management, and increasing breadth and depth through the promotion and sales of Telco/IT Services Solutions. This includes named account prospecting, client relationship and customer satisfaction management, proposal development, and closing opportunities. The successful candidate will have a background in conceptual selling and solution sales with Telco/IT product and industry knowledge. Additionally, candidate must have experience in managing accounts, obtaining executive sponsorship, and have familiarity with key account management methodologies. Solutions include: Professional Services and Project engagements, Onshore and Offshore Outsourcing, Technology Assessments, Application Development, Quality Assurance and Testing and IPRs. This position is a combination of inside prospecting and sales and outside sales and account management.
Named accounts will be from the Telco OEM, Automotive and Industrial Automation sector
Location: New Jersey
Selling Telco / IT staffing and outsourcing services (both onshore and offshore) to existing prospects
Building and cultivating customer relationships - Networking and growing relationships with partners
Being a team player and working well with local and remote teams
Being organized and methodical
Having a good understanding of Telco / IT technologies, services, solutions and vertical industries
Ability to respond to customer's needs
Being comfortable and experienced with selling outsourcing deals that have an onsite/offshore component
Comfortable selling but not limited to Quality Assurance, Testing, and Application Development

Mandatory Skills? Proven account management across multiple accounts.
? Proven revenue production and quota attainment in Telco/IT services sales.
? Minimum five years? experience working in field sales, selling directly to executive, owner, business management, technology director decision makers and managing ongoing client relationships.
? Ability to call on executive business and financial management and present an ROI case and value proposition.
? Knowledge of Telco and Information Technology including technology infrastructure, security, web applications, Software/Applications, Professional Services and outsourcing.
? Experience with Telco / IT professional services and strategic staffing competition, high-level architecture and how to differentiate Telco / IT Solution Services to win sales.
