Ensures support of Horizon field sales force with regard to field force alignment, field sales reporting, sales force automation, incentive compensation, and fleet operations.
Oversees key data files including Horizon alignment ZIP code to territory files, prescriber master files, and call activity files.
Manages outsourced partners and staff including incentive compensation and territory alignment.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
BA/BS in related field.
Experience in a people management role driving performance in a consultative, metric oriented environment.
A minimum of 5 years experience in similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Prior pharmaceutical field, field management, and home office experience.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Professional, proactive demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
