Director Sales Operations Workshare
Position Function:
Manage and coordinate the sales operations for our global business. Provide the operations and administrative leadership to support to the sales and channel team of the company. The selected candidate will be a self-starter who can work effectively with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment for a growing software company. Ability to prioritize and complete assignments in a timely manner is essential. Versatility, flexibility, strong work ethic, and creative team spirit orientation are required.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce.com Management:
Own and manage our SFDC total system. Determine and insure proper architecture, setup, features, interfaces and operation of SFDC.
Manage our 8Cloud SFDC Administration relationship, and our external SFDC consultant projects, status, objectives, success.
Provide business analyst to defines, implement, improves sales/support processes in SFDC. Determine and insure the day to day use and smooth operation of SFDC.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Work with sales managers, channel managers and sales team to provide the dashboards, reports, and sales forecast needed by VP of Sales, Product Management, and other users within the company.
Commissions:
Coordinate the sales operations aspects of commission accounting and reporting. Key interface to both our SF and London based accounting, and finance department.
Assist with structuring commissions, bonuses, and quarterly incentives, to motivate and direct the sales and channel teams.
Sales Operations:
Manage and direct other aspects of sales operations such as; territory and account assignments, new product roll outs, sales tools, RFP and proposal templates.
Coordinate efforts with the other departments within the company including; Marketing, Marketing Communications, Product Management, Finance and Administration, HR, and IT.
E-Commerce:
Own manage and operate our e-commerce and e-store. Interface with Marketing and F&A on e-commerce coordination.
Structure and direct e-commerce processes and procedures. Manage the backend store infrastructure. Manage our outside consultants and e-commerce technology infrastructure.
Skills and Knowledge:
College degree required.
Three to five years experience in sales operations, CRM, SFDC management.
Deep skills in managing and administering SFDC.
Experience, preferably in a software industry related environment with Excel, MS Word, Outlook skills, iOS. Experience with MS SharePoint a plus
Excellent communication, problem solving, spelling, grammar and punctuation skills with a strong attention to details.
Excellent organizational skills for small, start-up, technology environment
