5-8 years in professional sales and marketing management position.
Demonstrated ability to effectively analyze market trends and to develop products and services in a timely manner.
Demonstrated ability to hire, train and manage sales personnel.
Demonstrated understanding of and ability to effectively utilize sales management software.
Strong analytical, time management, problem solving, prioritization and planning skills.
Computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing.
Exceptional verbal, written and oral communication skills.
