Job DescriptionWe?re seeking a proven strategic training leader to contribute to the development, refinement and on-going enhancement of Undertone?s award winning training programs with specialization in building comprehensive and engaging sales training courses. This is a highly visible opportunity within the organization to collaborate with senior sales leadership, executive management, marketing, legal and HR to drive overall training and development strategies that support Undertone?s established and changing business goals.
Job Requirements
5+ years of experience driving corporate training strategies and programs with a focus in sales organizations
Experience coaching sales professionals including field work and participating in sales calls
Experience working for an ad technology company (i.e., SSP, rich media, video company, ad network, etc.), media company (publisher) or an advertising agency is a definite plus!
Experience leading instructional design efforts of the training organization with various e-learning tools and learning management systems
Excellent and compelling presenter with a knack for delivering training courses in various formats (i.e., e-learning, pre-recorded video, classroom style, webex, etc.
Sales experience is a definite plus
Experience developing training programs adjusted to all audience levels from entry-level staff to executive management
