Director/Senior Manager Product Management - Actions Adchemy

The Director/Senior Manager of Product Management is responsible for developing strategy, managing a team and driving Adchemy Actions Performance Marketing Products. As a key senior member of Adchemy?s Actions business, this role is responsible for accelerating Actions? exceptional growth and supporting multi-million dollars revenue per month.

This role requires leading an extremely talented, and results-driven team of Product Managers and coordinating closely with a world-class cross functional team of Sales, Marketing, Engineering, QA and research. This individual will have an opportunity to make a substantial impact by turning strategic vision into reality within a fast-moving, innovative company.

Responsibilities

Be the CEO of Actions Product - Maintain and execute against a comprehensive product strategy
Work with cross functional team to Plan, prioritize, execute and measure product features and releases
Create and manage product roadmap and provide visibility of execution to business owners
Provide valuable ongoing insight and input into the Adchemy?s business strategy
Engage in key business decisions related to product
Develop creative solutions for filling gaps in process, extending the use of existing products, or improving execution across teams
Practice outbound product management as necessary
Assist with the customer presentations, support sales and manage vendor relationships
Provide externally consumable documentation, case studies, white papers, etc.
Represent the Adchemy brand when interfacing with external parties
Lead highly charged, results driven Product Management team
Define all roles and responsibilities of the team, ensure coverage of all products
Provide appropriate leadership opportunities for team members, grow individuals as future leaders/managers
Work jointly with eStaff to recommend and define size and scope of team, take ownership of hiring decisions, performance, HR tasks for the team

Experience

The ideal Director/Senior Manager candidate:

Has 8+ years product management experience
Has 2+ years of people management experience in a Product Management function
Experienced in launching and developing major products from concept to launch
Is an excellent strategic thinker, has an intuitive grasp of what will make company successful
Is able to coordinate efforts of large teams, and establish and drive toward Adchemy?s long-term vision without supervision
Is knowledgeable on available technologies, processes to launch and manage a successful product.
Demonstrates soft skills to work with large cross functional teams

Education
BA/BS required. MBA preferred.
