As the Director Services Engineering, you will be a driving force behind enabling the Services Internal Factory of a fast growing SaaS company to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role. To achieve success in this role, you will need to possess strong problem solving, project management, and technical management skills. This role reports to the VP, Professional Services and Education.

The Director Services Engineering serves as the owner of the Professional Services Deployment methodologies, best practices, New Employee Bootcamp, Intellectual Property program and acts as a key Services to Product Management Liaison.
Create, own and drive the Services Deployment Methodology and associated education of Delivery teams
Work across organizations to understand relevant product nuances, detailed product planning that may impact Services delivery
Creation and ownership of the Services new employee Bootcamp and certification program
Moderation of Services Intellectual Property Program
Best Practice codification and associated enablement of Services Delivery teams
Liaison with Marketing to create awareness and case studies of key Use Cases
4 year degree required in a technical discipline
5+ years of experience in a senior role (Practice Lead, Solutions Architect etc) in Professional Services within an enterprise software or SaaS company
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills and technical aptitude
Complex project management experience
Sales & Marketing business domain knowledge is highly desirable
Relevant experience in a Services Engineering or similar role
Familiarity with Collaboration Platforms such as iRock, Yammer or similar tools
Passion for predictive analytics and the power of Big Data
Enjoys working closely with key stakeholders internally to advance services productivity
A real go-getter who takes the initiative to get things done
