Director, Strategic Account Management Adchemy
Adchemy is seeking a Director of Strategic Account Management to join our Sales organization. This is a highly visible individual contributor role with responsibility for supporting Adchemy's growth plans and for developing a cohesive and industry-leading account management function.
Our Account Management team helps drive sales revenue by building relationships with key players and by penetrating accounts at all levels. As a trusted advisor on Adchemy products, the Director of AM ensures that clients are achieving a maximum return on investment. Focusing on a small number of large accounts, this person will work closely with the Sales team to ensure the AM team is aligned with Adchemy's overall sales goals.
Maximize SaaS license revenue from key named accounts
Accountable for and managing quarterly account planning and pipeline reporting
Identify market trends to grow incremental revenue in key accounts
Implement processes to allow the AM team to grow while continuing to provide a high level of service to our customers
Collaborate with Customer Success team on best practices, education and enablement of SaaS tools within the accounts
Build a close relationship with a specific set of accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction, referencability, and maximum software adoption. This will be achieved through regular and consistent communication and on-site visits with client contacts quarterly or as needed.
Maintain high renewal/ low termination rate for set accounts by maintaining regular communication and actively monitoring any at-risk situations
Attain set revenue goals
Work with Sales to upsell and cross-sell appropriate products and services
BS or BA degree required
7+ years experience in an Account Management function as well as demonstrable experience in building and leading a team.
Experience working with large retailers, providing advice and direction to management-level contacts.
Experience in a paid search or feed management industry
A strong customer service orientation and the ability to form long-term customer relationships.
Proficiency using Excel and MS Office applications
Proficiency in conducting demos of web-based applications (SaaS)
