Manage, build, and execute on an existing strategic partnership with Salesforce.com and select ecosystem partners.
Evangelize our brand, engage with partner sales associates and customers to achieve revenue goals, developing quarterly marketing and sales plans, and acting as the primary point-of-contact for day-to-day business operations.
Build and manage sales and marketing programs designed to drive top line revenue, increase market share, attract/retain partner sales associate mindshare and maintain executive level relationships with key contacts.
Design and execute global programs for the Salesforce.com ecosystem, which includes employees at Salesforce.com and key Salesforce.com ecosystem partners, to drive demand generation and influenced revenue for the field sales organization.
Develop and execute measurable channel demand generation programs that drive revenue generation through Salesforce.com and the Salesforce.com ecosystem.
Interlock with regional field sales leadership; ensure agreement on key priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions, emerging opportunities.
Work with Salesforce.com and select partners to develop and execute a business plan that is highly profitable and strategic; build repeatable programs that scale.
Create programs that maintain high awareness of our value propositions across the partner organization including executive relationships. Lead quarterly business review meetings.
Measure and monitor sales funnel activity through the channel for predictable pipeline building
Support sales organization with appropriate programs to support each geography.
Leverage Salesforce.com and other tools to track the success of each program.
5-7+ years of experience in channel development, business development, strategic alliances, sales, or a related field.
Experience working at/with Salesforce.com or similar relevant experience with leading SaaS vendors.
High standards of communication both oral and written; great relationship skills, tenacity, and strong program/project management skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence cross functionally; experience coordinating and leading executive level sales meetings and implementing quarterly business plans.
Experience working with sales development and sales to deliver results.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, MBA a plus.
