Job Description and Responsibilities:Lead technical operations across all RadiumOne Display, Mobile and RewardsLead projects of diverse scope and complexity, with a focus on the availability, performance, scalability & maintainability of RadiumOne Ad Servers.Lead certification of partner?s Ad serving technologyLead testing of RadiumOne Mobile Ad Serving SDK.Manage design and implementation of Mobile SDKs and APIsBuild tools to automate trafficking and other operational tasks.Manage RadiumOne?s video ad server and make sure all video ad feeds are VAST and VPAID compliant.Design and Build mobile rich media ads, which are compliant with MRAID.Lead Research projects to build video ad serving solution for Mobile devicesLead analysis and troubleshooting of complex system issues and design plan to avoid it in futureWork proactively with the product development team to design new product/tool enhancementsResearch and stay up to date on all current mobile platform changes and trendsDevelop and implement application deployment strategies to guarantee server integrity and zero downtime.Map project requirements to detailed task lists and to available hardware and software configurationsPartner with development, optimization and media counterparts to guide the server architecture and influence projects and priorities to ensure successSupport technical operations teams in UK and France offices
Requirements and Skills:
2 to 4 years of technical operations leadership experience with B.S Degree in Computer Science or equivalentIn-depth understanding of software development life cycle and software engineering.Experience with developing iOS or Android software development kits (SDKs)Proficient with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and one of the server side programming languages (PHP, Python, Perl, etc.)Expertise with social APIs including the Facebook, Google Plus & Twitter API.Hands-on experience writing automation scripts in Perl or PHPStrong knowledge of existing web technologies and Internet protocolsIn-depth knowledge of MRAID and ORMMA definition.Knowledge of video ad serving templates (VAST and VPAID)Strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills and abilities
