General Summary:
Ensures all Paxit Operations are maintained properly and achieve OEE targets. Manages the Service and Support aspects of Paxit installations. This shall include the entire system:
Fill Event Configurator (FEC), Unit Dose Packager, Dispenser, Facility Usage, Reporting, Inventory and RTG data collection.
Operations ? Manages Process Engineering staff for continuous operational improvements and achievement of OEE targets. Identifies root causes of operational issues and collaborates with Engineering Design/ Technology to resolve design flaws/ implement permanent process improvements.
Service - Once service needs are identified, develop and executes strategy to ensure maintenance system is in place for launch. Determines effectiveness of Service Strategy, develops suggestions for customer and RTG improvements to the process.
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include day-to-day Service and Support activities as well as an active role in Service Strategy development and implementation:
Achieve OEE at all Paxit Pharmacy Sites.
Develop Service plan for Paxit Equipment.
Identify and execute activities required to ensure Service/ Support strategy in place.
Manage Process Engineering activities.
Manage the Paxit help desk; develop/implement improvements.
Identify and analyze process and equipment problems; organize, manage and complete corrective actions.
Track and improve Service Plan customer performance.
Specifications:
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, MBA preferred
Experience:
5 years related field experience in automation service/ maintenance
Face to face customer interaction
Automation site preparation and machine commissioning experience.
Communication:
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written with English as the primary language.
Must have exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead, strong problem solving abilities, and a strong customer service focus.
Complexity:
Must be dependable with ability to be flexible, function independently and works under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines. Must have strong organizational, time management skills, ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
Preferences/Desired Skills:
MS Project literate, Project Management, Supply Chain/ vendor management, AutoCAD/ SolidWorks
Contact with Others:
High frequency of contact with employees and customers with limited contact with guests and vendors requires effective interpersonal skills exhibiting a pleasant out-going and caring attitude, the ability to interact positively with a professional attitude and demeanor.
