The Director, VMS Strategic Services is responsible for driving client success, value recognition, solution expansion, and retention of Peoplefluent?s VMS North American client base. Ultimately accountable for maximizing the VMS managed services revenues while maintaining high customer retention (renewals) and satisfaction. This includes leading the field managed services organization and the direction and performance evaluation of assigned staff. This director level position will maintain and expand executive level relationships within client organizations to ensure alignment of client business objectives to Peoplefluent delivered technology and service solutions. Provide consultative thought leadership to assist clients and prospects in optimizing their employee and non-employee workforce, leveraging industry best practices, and proven strategies. Lead, mentor, and develop the VMS account management team to consistently meet and exceed client expectations related to technology and services delivery.
? Accountable for revenue and profitability throughout the organization. Responsible for meeting revenue and contribution guidelines including financial targets for customer retention, satisfaction and related operating metrics.
? Drive account management and influence organizational engagement resulting in footprint expansion.
? Ensure defined client deliverables, services, and SLAs are successfully met or exceeded, consistently.
? Present accurate and timely operational updates and executive briefings on organization, metrics and SLA compliance.
? Attract, retain, mentor, and develop account management team; consistently providing clearly defined expectations and desired outcomes.
? Responsible for the definition and implementation of goals, objectives, and tactical operating plans for assigned area, based on strategic objectives.
? Analyze and assess client or prospect workforce utilization, identifying optimization opportunities, ROI cost benefit analysis, and solution alignment to client business objectives; leveraging Peoplefluent technology and services solutions.
? Compliment and assist business development executives in securing new BPO / RPO / MSP clients; leverage industry expertise and best practice consulting.
? Advise and influence product marketing and product management of industry trends, and differentiating solution and product enhancement opportunities; derived from client, prospect, partner, and analyst interactions.
? Provide executive level organizational analysis, assessment, reporting, and KPIs.
? Manage risk in the best interest of the company.
? Domain expertise related to Vendor Management, Services Procurement, Holistic Workforce is required
? Significant account management experience in a management capacity.
? Knowledge and experience in contract administration and negotiation.
? Possess a thorough understanding of all account operations, procedures, and services/renewal processes.
? Expert in communication, organization, leadership, coaching, problem solving and negotiation.
? Executive and analyst level written and verbal presentation skills
? Broad knowledge of workforce talent acquisition and management solutions, industry trends and value propositions
? Comprehensive understanding of quantifiable client cost savings, avoidance, and neutralization strategies
? Skilled at managing third party vendor relationships.
? Expert project management skills.
? Strong working financial management skills.
? Comprehensive understanding of client non-employee workforce compliance and risk mitigation strategies and solutions
