Display Specialists are experts responsible for advocating display campaigns as part of client's overall marketing objectives. Working with the sales, account management, and strategic services teams, Display Specialists are expected to develop, maintain, and grow adoption and usage of Responsys' display solutions.
Focused on business results, Display Specialists are ultimately responsible for making ongoing strategic recommendations, based on deep display campaign analysis, that drive customer's marketing success.
Manages adoption and usage of Responsys' display solutions across a regional client portfolio.
Works with sales, account management, and strategic services teams to target, qualify, and close display-specific sales opportunities.
Develops strategies and recommendations for display programs.
Develops testing plans and analysis that leads to optimization recommendations.
Collaborates with Display Program Managers on day-to-day management of display programs including oversight of targeting.

Works with Responsys' global marketing and field enablement teams to develop internal training and external market awareness materials.
Extensive experience with and understanding of display advertising, ad-serving, and demand-side display technologies.
Knowledge of media tools (ad serving, research) and procedures (both media and inter-department).
Demonstrated success in online marketing, online media sales, and/or software solution sales.
Strong analytic skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives.
Good writing and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills).
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
Understands the concepts of reach, frequency, frequency management, and ROI.
