ModSpace seeks a District Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for the branch to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations. The District Coordinator is a front line contact for customers and vendors. The District Coordinator:
Answers telephones, determines nature of business, directs calls, and takes messages
Greets customers/visitors
Resolves customer concerns/issues and responds to general request for information
Receives requests for modular unit returns, collects accurate information, and communicates internally
Takes and follows-up on customer service requests and enters service cases to ensure internal communication
Enters data and maintains business operations system with accurate and complete information
Relays communications between branch, customers, drivers, vendors, and service technicians as necessary for effective operations
Maintains filing systems
Sorts and distributes mail
Creates branch correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintains the Accounts Payable process
Orders office supplies and marketing materials
Handles basic upkeep of office equipment and schedules repairs
Works with Collections and Branch teams to collect Accounts Receivable
Processes applications for vendor qualification and issues purchase orders as required
Responds to billing inquires and processes miscellaneous billing and credits
Performs other duties as assigned

The successful candidate has/is:
A High School Diploma or GED
Excellent interpersonal, communications, and customer service skills
Able to type 60+ words per minute
PC proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Able to effectively prioritize tasks from multiple people and manage time to meet deadlines with a high volume workload
Able to work overtime as needed
