The Inside Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales through proper qualification, solution presentation and closing techniques. Sales will consist of new users and upselling existing accounts to new products and services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.
Consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales activity goals by utilizing sound telephone-based selling approaches.
Closes prospective customers using working knowledge of the product line.
Identifies opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell customers.
Handles inquiries with regard to product, pricing, order expediting and customer relations.
Ability to multi-task and to solve customer problems, take orders and answer inquiries while completing other assigned tasks.
Customer focused selling, communication and objection handling is required.
Delivering prepared sales talking points that describe products or services.
Must provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service to all customers.
Meets or exceeds revenue and placement expectations.
Maintains records of account activity within the sales database.
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent inside sales experience.
1 ? 2 years customer service or selling experience.
Solid Business Acumen/Ability to position solution ROI.
Understand basic selling skills, with exceptional analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
Proven ability to creatively develop and execute a sales plan.
Proficiency in the entire MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Accurately manage data in our CRM database.
Good organizational habits and outstanding attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.
Genuine interest for ?High Tech? products.
Partner with an experienced outside salesperson in the pursuit of major accounts.
