Doc Solutions Analyst - Contract Position
Summary of Responsibilities:
As a member of the Technical Operations team, you will provide setup support to our Encompass Document customers, as well as supporting our Doc Sales organization and Customer Care teams. Your main responsibilities will be providing hands on support and set up for all new Encompass Doc clients, including new investors and providing subject matter expertise for document projects. You will also be responsible for the management of product change request for all Doc forms, Doc projects and other related Doc work products.
Primary Responsibilities & Objectives:
Own, lead and manage the new Doc accounts setup process while performing routine daily system maintenance.
Provide real time support for the Docs Sales organization.
Provide Docs setup support and escalation for Ellie Mae Custom Care team.
Responsible for providing accurate client setup including forms and investor support.
Work with the rest of the Doc Operations team as a subject matter expert for client setup, form issues and form updates.
Responsible for creating and managing form related projects.
Work with the Compliance team to validate business requirements for new forms and compliance settings.
Provide 3rd level support to Encompass Document customers.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Self- management: Ability to manage and prioritize own workload effectively. Be able to follow through and complete the work.
Experience with communicating requirements and timelines.
Proficiency with MS Project or other widely used project management tool. Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint proficiency also needed.
Customer focused and the drive to prove quick and accurate solutions for clients.
Experience with mortgage initial disclosures and closing documents
