As a lead generator you will be canvasing and responding to lead generation efforts, developing customer relationships, driving new business, and establishing Microsoft as a trusted business partner. The ideal candidate will have a great work ethic, sales experience (preferred), and a desire to win. Prospect and build a pipeline that will exceed quotas Responsible for making cold call to generate leads for Microsoft Make cold calls to prospect for interest and start the sales process using question-based selling techniques Producing required number and type of qualified leads Execute a consultative sales strategy with our internal solution selling methodology Demonstrate key elements of software solution to prospective customers Work to demonstrate and scale our solutions to meet individual client needs
Experience with B2B lead generation and technical sales preferred A passion and proven track record for driving sales including prospecting, lead generation, contact, presentation, relationship building, and negotiating Demonstrated ability in a strategic sales role a plus Basic proficiency in CRM systems highly desire Interacts effectively with all levels of management and other employees Excellent communication & interpersonal skills High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated and work well on their own or as a member of a team Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
