E-Marketing Specialist InfraReDx
Infraredx is seeking an exceptional medical device e-marketing professional to lead our creative and communications initiatives. The E-Marketing Specialist is responsible for advancing Infraredx?s position within the intravascular imaging market by working with all Company stakeholders, launching e-marketing campaigns to promote product awareness and generate new business leads.
Coordinate all aspects of digital marketing programs for Infraredx
Partner with Product Managers to identify optimal messaging channels for programs and events
Manage creation of e-communication marketing campaigns working with creative agency and internal stakeholders
Become a product expert in intravascular imaging and NIRS/IVUS technology
Work with the marketing team to develop and manage website and customer management system content
Develop best practices for customer lead development, tracking, and incorporation into the selling process
Promote events, campaigns and programs online
Manage social media relationships and messaging
Define cost-effective search engine optimization for online campaigns and design programs to maximize online visits and click through rates
Partner with sales management to integrate selling resources and optimize the selling process through marketing libraries and metric programs
Run and analyze metrics reporting to track campaign effectiveness and drive improvement, reporting successes and recommendations for improvement to management
Partner with training managers and physicians to develop educational programs using multimedia and multimedia resources to build HCP awareness and ease of use for Infraredx products.
Develop video productions partnering with external vendors
Support field sales organization with clinician event collateral and electronic messaging, responding to product and e-marketing related questions.
Serve as lead representative and support to optimize the implementation and use of Salesforce.com
Research and recommend best practices in digital marketing
B.S./B.A. in Marketing, Business or technical degree in engineering or graphic arts, MBA preferred
3+ years of prior marketing experience with at least 2+ years in the medical device or life sciences industry
Cardiology, cardiovascular background strongly preferred
US and International markets experience helpful
Strong project management and leadership skills demonstrating a successful track record working with stakeholders, sales management and other functional groups.
Prior experience leading website development, social media/digital marketing campaigns
Strong written and verbal communication skills including exceptional presentation skills
