E-Marketing Specialist BioStorage Technologies

E-Marketing Specialist at BioStorage Technologies (BST) will play an integral role in the
Marketing team, assisting in the management of the organization?s website development, online
brand presence, internet marketing strategies and online client relationship building. The
successful applicant must have knowledge and experience in website, electronic
communications and social marketing and be capable of handling multiple marketing projects in
a timely and effective manner. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Major Responsibilities, Activities and Task Statements:
1. Manage the development of an e-marketing strategy for the business.
2. Manage all aspects of the organization?s global web-based communications and develop
content for the website utilizing diverse platforms such as: internet, e-mail, video, and
3. Manage all external website and e-marketing vendors and on the development of
company website design, including landing pages, online portals, and micro-sites,
graphic design and site programming.
4. Partner with the internal technology solutions team to effectively launch new e-marketing solutions.
5. Monitor company?s online reputation and produce analytics reports.
6. Develop and launch new and targeted integrated e-marketing campaigns leveraging
electronic assets and multiple channels.
7. Manage internal website maintenance of content and updating of pages.
8. Promote and drive traffic to the organization?s website and other online entities through
Search Engine Marketing (SEM). This includes the strategy and management of organic
internal and external Search Engine Optimization (SEO) as well as pay-per-click (PPC)
campaigns and other online advertising campaigns. 9. Craft and manage all eBlast e-mail marketing campaigns. This includes the maintenance
of the SalesForce.com customer contact directory, distribution of campaigns, and
analytical review of results.
10. Recommend strategies for Social Media Optimization (SMO) including all e-interaction
strategies online to include but not limited to the organization?s website, LinkedIn, blogs,
Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
11. Develop and manage a video virtual technology capability to support clients, auditors
and regulatory requests and website videos.
? 5 years of e-marketing experience
? Marketing, Communication or Technology Bachelor?s Degree or related field
? Experience developing marketing electronic and web content and launching marketing
? Experience using a CRM program e.g. ACT, Goldmine, Salesforce.com
? Experience with website management, SEO, electronic media and marketing
? Google Analytics experience
? Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs
? Experience using WordPress
? Experience with eblast development and web mail delivery systems
? Experience managing marketing vendors and establishing working relationships
? Photoshop experience
? Video production experience
