We are looking for an experienced East Coast Director to join the Cardlytics? National Sales Team! The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years? experience with digital media sales and marketing. The East Coast Director, Media will work under the Cardlytics Media Group. Powered by exclusive, first party transaction data, Cardlytics Media Group enables brands to connect and engage with consumers, via online and mobile banking apps. Our native advertising solution is the first of its kind in the industry, and provides brands with unparalleled targeting capabilities, as well as a new and unique way to connect, engage, and measure consumer behavior.
Skills and Requirements
Develop and execute a go-to market strategy for Cardlytics Media Group within the assigned region
Build, grow, and maintain strategic relationships with key brands and digital agencies
Meet and Exceed both personal and team revenue objectives
Ensure sales and client satisfaction through world-class customer service
Build, train, and mentor a regional sales force
5-10 years of digital media sales and marketing experience, including both direct response and brand sales
A passion for, and understanding of, the highly fragmented digital media environment and technologies (Native advertising, DSPs, Ad exchanges, RTB, media verification, data management, attribution, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams
Proven thought leader with innate curiosity and aptitude.
The ability to thrive in an environment that values entrepreneurialism and results and work across all departments ? sales, product, technology and marketing
