Currently we are seeking Healthcare Technology Consultants who have technical expertise with Eclipsys' clinical solution environment in areas of report-writing, MLMs and Objects Plus.
Qualified candidates will have
- Experience as a report, rules and alerts writer for Eclipsys Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM) and Sunrise Meds Manager (SMM / SRx):
o Microsoft SQL Report Services and Crystal report writing for clinical reports experience in Eclipsys versions 4.5 or higher
o Development, testing and implementation of MLMs (medical logic modules)
o Development, testing and implementation of objects plus for custom tabs and other initiatives
- Consulting experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with clinicians, operational management, IT and executive level staff
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Process, Current/Future State, Gap Analysis skills
- Ability to sell end-users on new clinical information system initiatives
- Ability to facilitate design sessions and obtain end-user needs
- Experience in mentoring and providing knowledge transfer to other team members/client staff
