Ecommerce Analyst Partsearch Technologies

The Ecommerce Analyst will work closely with and support the Ecommerce Team and report to the Director of Ecommerce. This position will be primarily responsible for creating and interpreting web analytics to generate reports, monitor performance and the customer experience on the website, and make recommendations to improve departmental reporting.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and demonstrate experience in web analytics and succeed in a cross-functional team environment.
Key Job Elements:

- Production of daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports to support the tracking of business initiatives.
- Regular analysis to monitor performance of all online programs (including paid search, SEO, marketing campaigns, sweepstakes, social media and email), customer behavior (path analysis, key performance metrics, etc.), merchandising (product and category performance), and site conversion.
- Coordinate and execute all Omniture reporting requests with the goal of becoming a subject matter expert on Omniture suite of products (Site Catalyst, Discover, Test & Target).
- Ensure proper implementation of Omniture tagging of the current website and regarding any future changes.
- Create other tools/processes as necessary to distribute critical performance information throughout the company, ensuring that all groups have access to the information they need to evaluate the impact of specific actions.
- Develop operational and ad hoc reporting to support the business.
- Conduct analysis of competitive and industry activities to define best practice benchmarking and identify gaps.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 Years experience in an ecommerce environment.
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, computer science or similar.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with sound knowledge of statistical and forecasting methods.
- Understanding of Ecommerce and web analytics.
- Experience working with Omniture Site Catalyst a must.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
