As a eCommerce Channel Marketing Manager, you will manage online content creation, internally and externally, for deployment on eCommerce partner sites including Amazon, TigerDirect, Newegg and Buy.com. This person will develop and optimize strategic online marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention, encompassing SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, social media, e-mail campaigns and more. The qualified candidate will have experience working with Amazon.com either internally or externally.
How you?ll do it
Manage the day-to-day operations of Belkin?s website operations, including product content, inventory availability, pricing and promotional activities in order to optimize conversion and revenue
Coordinate social media activities by actively leveraging industry blogs, video sharing, online chats, etc., messaging and increased brand awareness resulting in increased traffic to Belkin.com and partner websites
Define process and deliverables for creating digital assets for online deployment
Drive timelines for digital asset creation to meet online launch dates
Manage database and cataloguing of all digital assets and distribution to accounts/regions
Assure content is formatted to meet the needs of online partners
Facilitate communication and manage creation for digital assets through internal resources and/or external partners
Develop and execute online launch strategies for key product/technology introductions
What you?ll need
BA/BS in Marketing or related
5+ years of e-commerce/online marketing experience
Thorough understanding of SEO, SEM and e-mail marketing strategies
Experience managing affiliate programs, SEO, SEM and e-mail marketing campaigns
Strong analytic skills and project management skills
Clear understanding of web technologies, browsers, content management and processes
Strong knowledge of internet technology and online marketing principles
Experience using website content management systems, analytics solutions, and customer resource management systems (ie. Salesforce.com)
Proven successful track record in managing website keyword optimization and marketing, affiliate partnerships, merchandising, email marketing, digital media and online marketing campaigns to selling products, and drive consumer acquisition, retention and loyalty.

Assure online content, including banners and feature sites, are defined and completed prior to channel launch
Develop educational content, including videos, to better explain functionality, benefits and setup of new products
Develop, manage and evaluate paid search campaigns
Assure Vine reviews are completed, pre-launch
Manage all SEO and SEM activities including SEO, keyword analysis, content enhancement, link building and Adword/Adsense campaigns
Manage online reviews on Belkin.com, Amazon and across all eCommerce and online retail storefronts
Coordinate content development for new product launches
