As a eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the development of new business as well as maintaining and driving sales through the eCommerce channel and Belkin.com. General responsibilities include but are not limited to assuring top-selling Belkin SKUs and new product introductions are set-up at all eCommerce accounts, managing promotional calendars, monitoring channel pricing, forecasting sales and driving marketing content creation and deployment. This position requires the ability to manage multiple, detailed tasks with urgency and accuracy; this person should have the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize work.
How you?ll do it
Demonstrate an ability to build and establish relationships with existing and new accounts
Manage and distribute weekly sell-through reports
Review Top 250 Belkin SKUs on weekly basis and set-up any products not currently offered online
Review site traffic, conversion, and average selling price daily, through merchandising, cart analysis, and cross-sell/up-sell strategies
Review competitive websites to evaluate site merchandise, promotional tactics, customer experience, and product presentation and translate findings into executable online programs.
Drives compliance and standards with processes, policies, tools, and associates within the group.
Review product titles and keywords to improve search engine results
Develop and maintain multi-period promotional calendars and track financial impacts
Monitor online pricing on a daily basis and report violations to Belkin pricing policies to management
Work with Interactive Marketing team, Product Management and outside contractors to develop online content
Drive online review process by assuring all deliverables including samples delivered to Amazon Vine ahead of launch
Manage product set-up, pricing and inventory availability on Belkin.com
Work with the team to identify and recommend new site content and experiences to address customer needs. Work with Marketing on line team to develop relevant online experience for product category based on customer insights.Respond back to all customers inquiries
Learn and maintain all activities within SFDC, including promotional calendar
What you?ll need
2-3 years of relevant work experience
Degree in Marketing or related field
Working knowledge of PCs
Proficiency in Office NT, Office 2000, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access
Proficiency and accuracy in creating and maintaining spreadsheets and correspondence
Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly
Ability to complete projects on time and meet critical deadlines
The ability to interact effectively with customers and management
