eCommerce Presales Manager / Business Architect EPAM Systems

EPAM Systems is looking for a technical eCommerce Presales Manager / Business Architect to facilitate and manage RFP response process for eCommerce Projects on ATG and Hybris Platforms.
This is a full time position with benefits, relocation is not required, the successful candidate could be located either in the US or Canada and assume travel up to 30%.

Good Functional knowledge and deep understanding of Commerce omni-channel retailing;
Deep working (production) knowledge of Oracle Commerce/ATG and/or Hybris Platforms and related products (Endeca Search, Endeca XM; Solr Search etc.);
A subject matter expert in integration with other eCommerce ecosystem including PIM, OMS, CRM, CMS, BI/Web analytics, Pricing, Payment, CSC;
3+ years of experience leading multiple highly-complex E-commerce implementations within ATG (or Hybris) environment as a Technical Delivery Manager;
Proven experience in proposals creation;
Well versed with running presentations in a workshop setting for a customer executives, groups of business and technical leaders;
Experience doing gap analysis between project requirements and out-of-the-box e-commerce platform features for Oracle/ATG and/or Hybris Platforms;
Strong Scope Management and Change Management Experience;
Experience with the full project life cycle in an Agile/scrum environment for fixed-cost projects;
Experience working with 3rd party vendors and offshore teams;
Excellent knowledge of MS Project, MS Visio, and Extended Features of Excel and PowerPoint is required;
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills;
Motivated leader with a proactive approach.
Presales Plan creation and execution, status tracking and reporting to eCommerce Practice and Sales Team;
Project Scope Definition and Classification into OOTB/Configuration/Custom based on RFP/RFI requirements and selected eCommerce platform capabilities;
Estimations Facilitation and Review with Solution Architects and Development Teams;
Creating Project Plans, Resource Plans and Timeline Diagrams;
Calculating Project Costs following predefined templates and creating cost decompositions based on RFP/RFI requirements;
Proposing proper engagement models;
Describing Project Delivery Methodology and tuning it based on RFP/RFI requirements and constraints;
Collecting and documenting all RFP/RFI Assumptions;
Creating and merging proposal content and responding to RFP/RFI questions;
Creating proposal presentations and demos, presenting proposals to customers;
Working as engagement manager / business consultant during kick-off and discovery phase.
