eCommerce Product Manager Gilt Groupe
Responsibilities:
Research and identify new opportunities for Gilt to further distinguish ourselves as the leader in the luxury flash-sale space
Lead the product definition by working with a cross-disciplinary team of designers, engineers and business partners that will ultimately support the product implementation (e.g. operations, customer service, etc.)
Be the voice and advocate for our customers
Maintain the product and feature roadmap, managing backlog prioritization
Establish clear metrics and indicators for success
Market-sizing and competitive analysis
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements
Clear understanding of UX design principles
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with teams across the organization, including Engineering, design, and senior leadership
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and feature concepts
Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what?s necessary
4+ years product management experience in consumer-facing online commerce
