As our Broomfield, CO-based eCommerce Retention Manager, your first mission will be to develop and implement online sales/marketing strategies and tactics to optimize user experience online, increase retention rate and improve customer satisfaction. This will include managing key renewal programs focusing on offer strategy and upgrade strategy targeting an increase in retention rate, bookings and customer experience. You will put to use your skills in documenting business requirements for projects and managing those efforts from inception to completion. You?ll work across functional teams, both technical and non-technical, to achieve business results. Also critical to thriving in this role will be your command of analytical abilities to lead and implement end-to-end tests that continually optimize the conversion and selling funnels, as well as developing metrics to quantify project results and analyze performance of testing and optimize accordingly.
