We are seeking a high-energy, team oriented professional with electronic discovery and litigation support experience to join Recommind as an eDiscovery Project Manager. This position is responsible for managing clients using Recommind?s industry leading Axcelerate document processing and review application. The goal of the Project Management position is to achieve high client satisfaction while providing daily project services to a portfolio of clients.
Acquire detailed knowledge of the Recommind Axcelerate application and workflows in order to be able to manage the following activities for clients:
Advanced methods of search
Reporting and analytics
Production of documents
Document requirements of all projects and ensure client review and approval
Track engagement schedules, ensuring proper quality assurance, and manage changes in scope
Education, Experience and Key Competencies
A minimum 5 years experience litigation support at a litigation support vendor, law firm, or corporate law department
In depth experience with one or many litigation support software products such as Axcelerate, Concordance, Relativity, Clearwell
Deep experience with Electronic Discovery
Exceptional analytical and logical skills
Effective written and oral communications
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Thorough knowledge of project management and information management methodology
Positive and professional relationships at all levels
The candidate must be a team player, but with the ability to work independently and without daily supervision
Some travel required
