Job Description:
Manage and support all project management activities for new and ongoing projects that will lead to the successful delivery of products and services offered by Fios,Inc. Initiate and facilitate timely and thorough communication throughout the lifecycle of each project. Provide detailed documentation during initiation, planning, execution, monitor and control, and closure phases of each project. Create, modify, and follow process driven execution of all project tasks to ensure unified Project Management methodology is adhered to. Document and report project details to Operations team.
Responsibilities:
Gather and thoroughly document requirements using standard project intake forms
Provide consultation to internal and external clients regarding eDiscovery cases, including: Early Case Assessment, Forensic Collections, Culling and Filtering, ESI Processing, ASP Hosting, Document Review, Document Production, Data Archival and Storage
Facilitate and conduct software and process training for internal and external clients
Analyze processes to propose changes or additions to project procedures
Act as final layer of quality control for any work product being delivered to a client
Understand pricing models and client agreements to ensure timely and accurate billing procedures
Report weekly status updates on all active projects to Operations team
Qualifications:
Thorough understanding of legalities and processes in each stage of the eDiscovery lifecycle
Understanding of project management methodology set forth by the Project Management Institute (PMI)
Manage client expectations often and early, minimize risk exposure, and personally handle damage control
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships
Develop team mentality where communication, solutions, and good relationships are fostered
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of and experience using project management methodology
Knowledge and experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies
Exceptional written, electronic and verbal communication skills
Detailed planning and organizational skills
Experience in technical writing and software training preferred
Certification and/or degree in project management preferred
Experience using kCura's Relativity software.
