Eloqua is looking for a passionate and talented Education Coordinator to join our team in Austin, TX or Toronto, Canada.

In this role you will manage the education logistics for our classes, web-casts, webinars, and user conferences. The ideal candidate will also be able to review and edit course curriculum. This position possesses career growth potential within the company.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary client contact for course schedules, information, and registration. The majority of inquires are processed on-line
- Working with client's Learning Management System - posting courses, editing, reporting, assessment and survey administration
- Manage activities relating to the administration of a Learning Management system including: update and maintain LMS database, publishing, testing, and maintaining content, session, and course catalogue structure, assigning security through the use of access rights, user groups, and roles, manage course rosters as required to support registration, or exception registration
- Instructor support: Works with internal and external instructors to ensure seamless delivery of class. Escalates with IT and/or third party vendors issues with technology and telephony
- Handles program logistics for including (but not limited to) instructor-led courses, virtual sessions; schedules dates for training, determines availability, manages printing of materials, managers pre and post work for sessions
- Communication with clients regarding registrations, cancelations, or other Education Services related inquiries
- Coordination with accounting for financial tracking purposes of training purchased and delivered
- Liaison with other Eloqua team members for training inquiries and scheduling
- Capture metrics and prepare analytical reports: Collects and maintains training evaluation forms, creates training dashboards to show class and student metrics
- Review and edit education curriculaum related documentation on website and company related blogs and social media forums
- Manage dynamic content on home page of Learning Management System
- Promote learner alumni community on social media
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 4+ years of business experience in technology-based training delivery, customer service, fast paced, team environment
- Previous experience working with Learning Management Systems required (min 2 years), with CRM system experience a plus
- Required proficiency in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Power Point
- Outstanding collaboration skills, with proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business lines to accomplish goals required
- Experience writing and editing curriculum, manuals or similar documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, proactive and superior organizational skills
- Demonstrated capacity for accuracy and attention to details required
- Customer centric focused attitude
- Excellent team player but must also be able to work independently
- Marketing experience, including demand generation, lead management, executing multi-touch campaigns and data segmentation is a plus
- Flexible, delivery focused approach to work, the ability to work under pressure and able to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Experience integrating multiple business systems considered a plus
