The Education Coordinator position requires exceptional attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. The position reports to the Education Director and coordinates the training schedule and resources, while providing operational support for the Education team
Responsibilities- Coordinate and maintain the schedule for Education resources--instructors, classroom facilities, and lab equipment
- Manage logistics for shipping course materials
- Serve as primary administrator for the Education learning content management system
- Create and maintain POs for the Education team
- Assist Finance with resolving revenue recognition issues for delivered training
- Help coordinate contract instructor and ATC contract renewal
- Coordinate other departmental administrative tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications- Proven experience in a comparable, highly demanding administrative/coordination role
- Prior experience supporting a corporate education group highly desirable
Skills- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Thorough familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multi-task in a rapid-growth, rapid-change environment
- Strong people and customer interaction skills
- Self-starter who enjoys problem solving with little direct supervision
