Education Specialist AtTask

AtTask, Inc., the leading provider of work management software, has an opening for an Education Specialist in the Education Services department to work in the Professional Services Organization. This position has the responsibility for ensuring the success of our customers by effectively developing and delivering training and education in using the @task solution. The position will work directly with other departments throughout the Company, reporting to the Manager of Education. Individuals performing this role will deliver online and face-to-face training and education to the customer. The right candidate will have strong written, verbal and public presentation communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to follow and improve on processes and procedures and the ability to meet deadlines. This role requires a proactive and results oriented individual with the ability to work on assigned tasks, as well as independently identify other value-added activities. The primary objective of the role is to help develop an outstanding training and education organization in an employee-oriented, high performance company culture that emphasizes superior quality, continuous improvement and productivity standards. Duties:

Ensure the delivery of high-quality training and education services to ensure our customers success with the implementation of our solution.
Serve as a mentor, coach, and knowledge resource for the customer.
Create content to contribute to our continuous improvement of our training materials, curriculum, methodologies, templates
Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree required
1+ years project management experience.
2 years training/education experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and relationship skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to work on multiple tasks and able to prioritize personal workload.
Ability to develop and deliver creative business solutions for complex problems.
PMI certification a plus.
Strong writing and presentation ability.
Occasional travel may be required.
