Essential Responsibilities:
? Generate Revenue
o Deliver against operating plan
o Accurately predict revenue and orders via regular forecasts
? Build Pipeline
o Hit pipe targets (validated 3X, qualified 2X, conditional 1X)
o Demand Generation ? deploy a multi-channel marketing effort ? prospecting, call campaigns, webinars, emails, executive briefings, etc..
? Master the Caradigm Set of Solutions
o Portfolio, messaging and solution knowledge
o Reference and competitive understanding
o GEHCIT affinities and clinical workflows
? Run Commercial Business and Territory
o Conduct Business & Territory Planning
o Leverage executives across the extended Caradigm organization
o Hygiene ? CRM usage and sales process excellence
? Exhibit Sales Professionalism
o Presentation - demonstrations, proposals and professional appearance
o Attitude - positive, collaborative, proactive and responsive
o Sales Skills- understand and execute large, long term, and complex sales process
Background Desired:
? Healthcare IT solutions sales experience with the following:
o Provider enterprise EMR, access, or rev cycle products and solutions
And/Or
o Health Information Exchange, data repository, data warehouse, and clinical portal solutions
And/Or
o Health plan care management, claim adjudication, and disease management solutions
? 7+ years of successful territory sales or sales management
? Desire to work in a dynamic, growing market collaborating with product, marketing, sales operations, and account management functions
