Electrical and Maintenance Engineer American Aerogel

Position: This position is perfect for someone hungry for the next step in his/her career at a growing and exciting company. Electrical and Maintenance Engineer is responsible for routine and preventative maintenance of process lines within a manufacturing environment. The position will require experience in an industrial environment and be familiar with safe working practices. S/he will work closely with colleagues across a number of functions in a fast-paced environment.
Typical Responsibilities
?Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and help install electrical equipment.
?Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment and precision measurement tools.
?Conduct non-emergency scheduled and unscheduled equipment and facility maintenance.
?Resolve all mechanical and electrical equipment performance issues and malfunctions.
?Incorporate equipment/facility modifications.
?Assist the production supervisors as necessary to ensure smooth, safe, consistent, and quality operations of all process and facility equipment.
Qualifications
?Must have a good knowledge of mechanics and industrial electrical systems
?Demonstrated experience troubleshooting
?Self-motivated to be hands on and get tasks done
?Must be detail oriented and organized
?Must have good communication with all levels of staff
?Ability to keep a safe and clean working environment
?Minimum 2 yrs of electrical/maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
