The Electrical Mechanic will also troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment in the distribution center.
This position is based in our Louisville Distribution Center.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, test, troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic systems, control and components of industrial machines, tools and production/utility equipment. Perform diagnostic tests, repair or replace electronic control or related components on industrial equipment, tools and other related production equipment. Diagnose, repair and replace faulty components of machines and equipment. Including but not limited to seals, gaskets and bearings on motors, gearboxes, conveyors, etc.
Candidate should meet the following qualifications:
Possess basic knowledge of the National Electrical Code, including:
o Installing and troubleshooting Three Phase 480VAC Volt motors and circuitry, and 120 VAC control circuit systems
o Bending of EMT conduit and wiring installations,
o Maintenance of HID lighting systems,
Possess mechanical skills such as:
o Maintaining the operation of conveyor systems
o Material handling machinery such as:
3 m Tape Machines
StoroPak Chevron machines
air pillow dunnage machinery.
