EpiWorks is seeking highly motivated Engineers looking to join a world class team responsible for producing state of the art semiconductor materials used in wireless communications devices. EpiWorks offers a high paced, high reward, high visibility environment were team members can see and feel their impact on a day to day basis.
The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
?Day to day process monitoring and data analysis to support MOCVD production goals.
?Participate/Lead process improvement initiatives:
?Cost analysis/reductions
?Yield improvement
?Enhanced throughput
?Develop test and measurement capabilities to support existing and or new processes
?SPC monitoring/development
Experience in MOCVD, and subsequent materials characterization techniques and analysis is highly desired. The ideal candidate would have an understanding of semiconductor device physics and processes associated with device manufacturing in a clean room environment.
The candidate must be flexible with their work schedule to maintain a 24/7 production platform shared amongst team members. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and have demonstrated success working in a team environment
Requirements:
Education: B.S. or M.S. degree in ECE, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or similar
The ideal candidate would have experience in the following:
-III-V MOCVD epitaxial process development for the following electronic devices:
o HBT
o PHEMT
