ZoomInfo is Seeking an Email and Marketing Automation Manager that will be part of the strategy, planning, and growth of email campaigns and nurture programs. You will be responsible for creating persuasive email programs that converts prospects into leads and accelerates them through the complex B2B buying process, as well as retain existing customers. You will be responsible for marketing automation strategy, program design, development, testing, execution and maintenance within the marketing automation system. You will be a power user of marketing automation and CRM systems.
Responsibilites:
Develop and execute email programs that are relevant and appealing to target audience including newsletters, welcome, nurture, retention, cross-sell and upgrade programs>
Integrate marketing and sales efforts through automated programs to make marketing execution more simple, scalable, repeatable, and effective.
Create marketer/sales supportive tools (dashboards, email alerts, automated emails)>
Partner with internal product marketing to develop email strategy and content for products, programs and audiences ongoing.
Drive the calendaring, messaging, testing, audience selection, creative development, and analysis/key insights for your campaigns.
Build and assemble emails, landing pages, list pulls and uploads
To succeed in this position, you must be a passionate self starter, results oriented, creative thinker analytical, tech savvy and strategic thinker.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing, business or engineering. MBA an advantage.
Minimum 2 years in a B2B Marketing position.
Experience in an email marketing or marketing automation position, a plus!
Experience with modern demand generation tools, including marketing automation software and CRM systems, a plus.
Results-oriented with a take charge, self-starter attitude.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong experience with technology: including HTML and CSS coding.
Excellent writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven tasks simultaneously.
Collaborative, team-oriented work style.
