The Email Campaign Manager should have strong opinions on design and campaign execution in order to guide customers on design principles and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Design HTML design, light Photoshop work, landing page design
Campaign Execution List targeting/segmentation, email frequency, reporting
Customer Support Assisting the Genius.com Customer Support team with responding to email design inquiries
Spread Best Practices Assisting the Genius.com Education team with Email Best Practices training.
Qualifications:
3+ years design experience, including email HTML
Excellent communication skills
Experience with customer interaction, including delivery
Experience with Photoshop
Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Genius.com, Constant Contact, Exact Target, Vertical Response, Eloqua, and Marketo is a plus
Familiarity with CRM products such as Salesforce.com is a plus
PHP experience is a plus
